Dimidium

about

51 Pegasi, also named Helvetios, is a Sun-like star located 50.9 light-years from Earth in the constellation of Pegasus. One of its planets, Dimidium, is a cold, hostile place of arrid plains, brual steppes and precisely one life-form. He's been left there until he learns to behave in polite society but fears he's been forgotten, which wouldn't have been the first time. Nevertheless, he maintains himself with alchemy and dirty Scrabble. And every first of the month, he yells at the skies, calling upon a being known as Joncarp Intah to pack it in.
"That's enough!" is his pathetic scream, which goes on for an hour or so until a particularly filthy triple word score occurs to him and he retires for a quiet evening drinking his own urine and thinking of the good times.
Even before gaining its sole occupant, Dimidium was never a joyous planet. Were you thinking of visiting, take plenty of hats. The icy wind has a thing for them and you may as well just give in rather than lose your head, which will inevitably happen otherwise. The wizard Fartsig lost his precious fez that way upon arrival and has been miserable about it ever since.

40BPM Cirklon driving, minimal notes sent to Marble Physics. A more minimal and primal drone this one. Traditional, you might say.
Tonestar and Synthi both provide drone presences and there's the Eventide Space and the Modfactor giving the Synthi extra woosh. On the modular, using Demora delay, DLD, Erbe Verb and Clouds (Parasite) Take it as read I'll always use the Fourmulator, Octocontroller and Quadra in every drone patch. Marble Physics has become equally indispensible. Also using the AJH filter in this one. The Synthi shows off its odd approach to oscillator sync too IIRC.
